Refunds
Refund & Cancellation Policy
What you are buying
TUT passes are one-time purchases of digital access for a fixed period — 30, 90, 180 or 365 days — activated automatically once your payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Prices are shown before payment, in US dollars or Egyptian pounds.
No subscriptions — nothing to cancel
TUT has no recurring billing and no auto-renewal. A pass never charges you again; it simply expires at the end of its period. No cancellation step is ever required to avoid a future charge.
When we refund in full
If you were charged but your pass was not activated and we cannot activate it promptly after you contact us; if you were charged twice for the same purchase (the duplicate is refunded); or if a technical fault on our side prevented you receiving what you paid for.
Group passes
Additional-traveller codes from a group purchase that are entirely unredeemed may be refunded pro-rata within 14 days of purchase. A redeemed code has delivered its pass and is not refundable.
Change of mind
Because a pass is digital access that begins working immediately, change-of-mind refunds after activation are at our discretion — contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will look at actual usage in the period. Where a refund is granted on an active pass, the pass is deactivated.
How refunds are paid
Always to the original payment method, through the payment provider used at purchase. Once approved, allow 5–14 business days depending on your bank.
How to ask
Email support@tutapp.co with the email or phone number on your account and the payment reference from your receipt. We respond within 2 business days.
