Delivery & Digital Access Policy

What you receive

TUT sells digital passes only — access to the app and its features for a fixed period. Nothing is physically shipped: there is no package, no courier, and no delivery address to give us.

Delivery is instant and automatic

As soon as your payment is confirmed by the payment provider, your pass activates automatically on your account. You get on-screen confirmation immediately, and the pass appears in the app right away — no download, activation code, or waiting period.

Group passes

Redeemable seat codes from a group purchase are delivered to the buyer immediately after payment, ready to share and redeem.

If access doesn't appear

Activation is automatic and normally instant. If your pass or a group code hasn't appeared within a few minutes of a successful payment, contact support with the payment reference from your receipt. We respond within 2 business days.
